Lives System

Updated: May 21, 2011

Our server has a Lives system installed. When you first join, you get 3 lives. When you die, you lose a life, but you get back all the stuff you had on you. You also lose $400 with every death. Try not to die ;)

If you run out of lives and die, you will still be charged $400, but will not get your stuff back. You can buy more lives to keep your stuff.

/lives [USERNAME]
Displays the number of lives left on a user's account. You can leave out the [USERNAME] if you want to check your own lives.
/buylives [COUNT]
Allows you to buy more lives. Each life costs $500.

The titles are:

The available jobs are:

Shops (iConomy ChestShop)

Updated: May 8, 2011

Our server allows you to open up a shop to sell anything you wish. We do not allow shops in houses in City188, so build your shop on the Shopping Street. Make it nice looking, and you might even make some money.

To use someone elses shop, simply right click on their sign to buy items, or left click to sell items. Easy!

Here are instructions on opening up a shop:

What you will need:
1. Chest
2. Sign
3. Merchandise

To set up the shop, after picking a location:
1. Place the chest next to a wall. You will need at least one block behind and above the chest for the sign.
2. Place the sign on the wall above the chest. On this sign you will write the info for the chest shop in the following syntax:
Line #1: Your username
Line #2: The ammount of the item to be sold or purchased with every transaction (1-64).
Line #3: The buying and selling price: B #:# S
The first # is the price for which you sell.
The second # is the price for which you buy.
Line #4: The item name, or ID. For a list of these, visit the Minecraft Wiki.

Here's an example of a properly setup shop sign:

We can see this shop is by user 'mcplayer', it sells 64 units of Dirt for $50 and buys the same ammount for $40. Simple, isn't it?

That's pretty much all you need to know about shops. For more info, check the plugin forum post.
